These cherries remind me of our breakfast at Ibis hotel in Avranches in Normandy region in France. That was some time on July 2010 wherein we were then on our two weeks holiday in that country. I love cherries very much, so as soon as I saw them on the buffet breakfast table, I immediately picked up some, put them on our table, made a couple of pictures, and then finished them off.
I painted these cherries because they remind me of our visit in that part of France.
This painting is done in acrylic on acrylic paper. The size is 30x40cm.
