first grapes

Right now I am busy with my first grapes painting. I borrowed a reference photo from a member of our painting club who also kindly enlarged it for me. The above image is only one of the sections of the painting; and hopefully I can share here later the whole painting. I wish you all a colorful month of April, just like these grapes.

  1. Cora, grapes are really something that I would like to paint; they do seem hard to paint. You are doing a wonderful job!

  2. Thank you Christiane for your visit. Yes, grapes are not an easy subject to paint.

  3. Cora - I really enjoyed seeing all the different blends of lights and darks you captured here. I am like Christiane - grapes seem so hard to paint but you have done a superb job. Thanks so much for visiting my post too dear. Have a great week.

Mijn dikke complimenten:)
